• Question: have one of your engineered things been sent into space

      Yes! I am lucky to have worked on quite a number of science missions which flew into space. Science payloads which are today observing the Earth environment and weather system… deep space missions to observe our Sun… and finally my students The Astronauts (ok, I did not actually engineer them!).
      Being in the space industry we are all proud when our work flying into space. I hope you all find a career where you get the same enjoyment from your job.

      Not yet 🙂 as I am working and planning future projects…so anything beyond 2024… That is still some long way off…
      …but my colleagues are very busy putting together the next European Mars Rover, building telecommunication spacecrafts, Earth observation satellite and so much more…
