  The work I’m doing now involves exposing microbes to harmful radiation that you’d find in space or on the surface of other planets like Mars. If I can figure out if and how microbes can survive this radiation, they could be used as a food source, oxygen production and even bio-mining tool for future bases on different planets 😀
