Question: How was our solar system made

It started with a large “molecular cloud” (including hydrogen, dust, etc) that collapsed on itself at some point. It created a flattened disk – like a frisbee that started rotating on itself and in its centre, matter compressed even more until our sun formed and started.
This created a lot of perturbations in the rest of the flattened cloud, creating spinning lumps of dust and gas that ultimately made up the planets…
