      Your family misses you!

      There are long term effects such as exposure to radiation (our atmosphere protects us), bone loss, muscle loss. But through the research on the international space station, most long term effects have “countermeasures” meaning that we can find ways to deal with them.
      Today, staying in space for 1 year is not difficult. Maybe even 2 years is without problems, we did not try so far.
