I was lucky and able to study specialised space physics and engineering courses. That is a sure way to get into the rocket and satellite industry. But many of my colleagues come from all different studies at university, from law to biology. Mostly I think engineers have the fun jobs though 😉

I’d recommend any of the sciences or engineering. Although most previous astronauts had military backgrounds, the astronauts of the future will have to be fluent in science as that will (and already is) the main focus of space missions 🙂
